Andrea Corleto

Andrea is a health and tech entrepreneur. As Founder & CEO of Altro Health, she is powering the next generation of wellness businesses with a platform that lets them add lab testing, prescriptions, and peptides to their offerings, along with the business tools to scale.

Before founding Altro, Andrea owned and operated a virtual longevity clinic offering labs, health coaching, and prescriptions. That experience inspired her to build the infrastructure she wishes she'd had.

A Harvard MBA, Andrea was the first employee and Head of Growth at a consumer tech company she helped scale to a $1B valuation. Before that, she founded Silkkin, a consumer health brand she bootstrapped to seven figures. Earlier in her career, she worked in venture capital and private equity, supporting founders and accelerator programs across the U.S.

Growing up near a Blue Zone in Costa Rica, together with her own experience navigating a chronic condition, sparked an early fascination with healthy living and longevity, themes that still define her work today.

Outside of work, Andrea is a Pilates and strength-training devotee, an avid traveler who has lived in 12 countries, and mom to a golden retriever. You'll often find her at equestrian events or trying the latest at a wellness center.
